Maritime and Coastal Smart Specialization Strategy for Riga Planning Region has been prepared within the project “Smart coastal regions: the smart specialization, marine and coastal resources for economic growth in the Baltic Sea Region / Blue Smart Region”.
The implementation of the MCSSS will be ensured by Riga Planning Region in co-operation with local governments in the form of projects. The plan was developed during the period from April 12, 2018 to October 12, within the agreement between Riga Planning Region and SIA “Grupa93”.
